Not Just Cards challenge #32

Hi everyone I hope that you are all well and happy. Welcome to my little bit of blogland!
There is a new challenge over at Not Just Cards and as always its anything goes. Our sponsor is Aurora Wings and we have been given some gorgeous digis to play with.
Here is a card that I have created using the super cute Mushroom Flower Sprite image.

Here's how I did it.
I took a 6x6 card blank and covered it with paper from First Edition Hideaway, punched down one side with an xcut scallop edge punch and inked it around the edges. Next I inked a heart shape and created a topper using the Mushroom Flower Sprite image that I have coloured with a selection of Copics. To finish I embellished with some die cut swirls and fern leaf, flowers, little pearl hearts, and a wee gingham bow.

Crafters Cafe Challenge #148 - Feminine

Hi everyone I hope that you are all well and happy. Welcome to my little bit of blogland!
Today sees the start of a brand new challenge over at The Crafters Cafe with the theme being Feminine.
As always we are a very lucky bunch of girls over there as we have had some fantastic digs to work with from our sponsors who are for this month Bugaboo and My Stitch Back in Twine. I have used the gorgeous Butterfly Beauty from My stitch Back In Twine to create my card, so here it is and I hope that you like it!

Here's how I did it!
5x7 card blank covered with paper from the First Edition Desert Bloom paperstack lightly inked around the edges. Next a strip of Jute was added to the middle of the card and left to dry. I printed the butterfly in 3 different sizes coloured them with copics. The sentiment is also coloured with Copics, distressed around the edges with Tim Holtz distress tool and inked around the edges and to finish I have added Card Candi and some teeny gems.
